Conditions of Sale
Farrar Aerospace does not accept returns, unless the following conditions exist:
1. Material(s) must be returned within 60 days from the date on the invoice.
2. Prior material authorization (RMA) has been provided from Farrar Aerospace
and RMA number appears on return shipment.
Farrar Aerospace will replace or repair a defect part at no charge to the customer
if the above is adhered to. At no time will a refund be issued.
Full liability is transferred to the customer (buyer) after receipt of material. No
guarantee or warranty should be implied with the purchase of the material. In the
event material is exported, buyer assumes all risks and responsibilities, such as
adhering to U.S. State Department export requirements, Munitions List Items
(MLI) , and Commerce Controlled List Items (CCLI).
